Gameplay data includes every bet you place, the outcome, the timestamp, and your account balance at settlement. Device and connection data includes your device type, operating system, IP address, and browser type. Support interactions include any messages you send to our Help team and our responses.
We collect this data only when you provide it directly (account signup, payment method entry, support message) or when it is generated automatically (bet placement, login timestamp, device info). We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. We do not purchase data about you from third parties.
How We Use Your Data

To delete your account and all associated data, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. We will close your account, void any pending bets, and delete your personal information within a standard timeframe. However, we retain transaction records for seven years as required by financial regulations—these records are anonymised and cannot be linked to you personally.
You have the right to object to certain data uses. For example, if we send you promotional emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the email or updating your preferences in Settings → Notifications.
